Creating & scheduling posts using HootSuite, daily monitoring & analysis (HootSuite & Google
Analytics) Lead generation and promotion of ITC services through LinkedIn adverts (creation & management) I manage company website and its content which involves:
Basic SEO reviewing and optimising site content, keyword research and analysis, optimising
Meta data, link building strategies, monitoring and analysis.
Landing pages creation (using Unbounce) and copywriting Sourcing and writing content for companys blog; eBooks and other online marketing material
I am also an Editor of the companys monthly eNewsletter responsible for the topics selection, content creation, the layout of the eNewsletter and the delivery (using Campaign Monitor)
Offline Activities I am currently responsible for developing and implementing ITC Referral strategy and
improvement of the overall Customer Experience (online & offline) Offline advertising - I write adverts and communicate with the design & printing company to ensure that the copy and the design is compelling and attract readers I assist with creation of offline marketing material (e.g. stickers, brochures, case studies)
My achievements My activities involving website optimisation directly helped ITC to acquire the biggest client
with the largest order and improved the conversion rate of ITC website 100% increase in ITC website traffic in 6 months I have successfully turned ITC irregular eNewsletter into regular monthly publication with 30% open rate which started to generate sales
MARKETING INTERN

Six months Marketing Internship aimed at development and implementation of internal marketing strategy for Solent Enterprise Centre.
On-line Marketing Activities I facilitated the transition of the Centre's website from an old to the new format and was
responsible for Centre's website maintenance on a daily basis I setup and managed the Centre's profile on LinkedIn and Twitter I created a template (using Quark Xpress) for Centres case studies and produced six of them which improved overall promotion of the Centres work
Off-line Marketing Activities I took a lead in several Centres projects such as Social Enterprise training programme (online
promotion, design of leaflets, bookings, email shots, certificates distribution) I have designed, produced and updated Centres promotional materials (adverts, brochures, posters, etc.) I successfully co-ordinated events by liaising with venues, participants and speakers (International Leisure Studies Association Conference 2011, Southampton Law and HR Network Launch to name a few)
My first Marketing experience where I learnt the basics of commercial marketing and developed appropriate marketing strategy for the family owned business.
I assisted with product negotiation and product choice with suppliers from Germany and
Austria; I was a Head of Accessories section (product choice, pricing and in-store promotion) and a Team leader responsible for distribution of promotional leaflets to potential customers
Worked as a part-time Sales Assistant during my studies and six months full-time employment as a Marketing Intern
