The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was set to confirm human rights and freedom and to ensure security and stability in equal basis to prevail justice and peace. the Declaration noted in its preamble that "Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, the very advent of a human beings is the emergence of a world where individual freedom and freedom of the branch and want". the first article of the Declaration on the principle that all people were born free and equal in dignity and rights, and were given with mind and conscience that they should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood, and the declaration represents in general an important international document to reduce the forms and injustice manifestations, tyranny, injustice and disregard for human rights. the international community efforts to stand against the violence phenomenon in general and domestic violence in particular, which was reflected in the International Convention for the Prevention of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CDAW) and the International Convention on the Child Rights.
