INTRODUCTION
O Plano de Ao Emergencial da UBU SPOOL BASE DO BRASIL, visa estabelecer procedimentos bsicos para aes de resposta a emergncias, nas dependncias das obras em execuo; desta forma, o Plano de Controle de Emergncia tem a finalidade de minimizar as conseqncias dos acidentes e a extenso dos danos propriedade, atravs da correta e ordenada ao dos recursos humanos e materiais destinados a tais atividades. 2. Atribuies: Atuar na orientao do comando; Utilizar sua autoridade, emergencialmente, para interromper qualquer atividade considerada inadequada, quando uma ao imediata seja necessria; Identificar, monitorar e avaliar situaes de risco associadas ao incidente; Responsvel pela segurana dos integrantes das equipes de resposta; Determinar a delimitao da rea envolvida no incidente; Documentar todas as ocorrncias suspeitas; Providenciar a comunicao aos rgos legais e seguradoras; Manter registros formais. 5.3 COMUNICAO SOCIAL

So 03 pontos de Encontros: Ponto de Encontro N 1: Em frente ao Almoxarifado Central, Pessoal Administrativo; Ponto de Encontro N 2: Em frente ao vestirio Setor de Revestimento; Ponto de Encontro N 3: Prximo a Baia de Resduos, Setor de Solda Nos Pontos de Encontros, o Coordenador da Brigada de Emergncia, de posse das informaes bsicas sobre a situao emergencial dever estabelecer uma estratgia de resposta alocando devidamente os recursos humanos (Brigadistas) e materiais objetivando assim a estabilizao da emergncia. i) Composio da Brigada de Emergncia A listagem dos membros da Composio da Brigada de Emergncia , deve estar afixada no seguintes locais na Base de Ubu: 1) Quadro de aviso da Cipa; 2) Quadro de aviso do vestirio central; 3) Quadro de aviso da Gesto do Conhecimento no SESMT; 4) Quadro de aviso do escritrio administrativo; 5) Quadro de aviso do refeitrio. 9. ESTATUTO REGIMENTAR DA BRIGADA DE EMERGNCIA a) Objetivo Este Estatuto visa estabelecer as diretrizes mnimas que regem a Brigada de Emergncia da UBU SPOOL BASE.

A Brigada est subordinada tecnicamente ao Departamento de Segurana. O nmero mnimo de funcionrios brigadistas por turno no deve ser inferior a 15 (quinze) componentes. Observados durante frias e afastamentos. A Brigada de Emergncia primordial no atendimento a eventuais emergncias. Em muitas ocasies os brigadistas estaro desempenhando funes em posies da linha de frente do incidente. c) Treinamentos Os funcionrios brigadistas necessitam receber treinamentos especficos, visando sua formao prtica e terica nos vrios segmentos de sua atuao. Sero realizados treinamentos totalizando no mnimo uma carga horria de 20 horas / ano. Os treinamentos sero programados de tal forma a se desenvolver atividades instrucionais distintas entre os vrios mdulos apresentados. d) Perfil do Brigadista O funcionrio brigadista deve manter o seguinte perfil: Exercer funo que possibilite seu afastamento temporrio do posto de trabalho, quando necessrio; Possuir biotipo mdico compatvel com sua atividade de brigadista. Todos os brigadistas devem estar aptos para o desempenho de suas atividades, devendo a Medicina Ocupacional da empresa emitir um atestado de capacitao fsica que dever
