Dear Sahrudayas ! Welcome and best wishes to all. We are very happy to meet you after a long time. As there were no much activities in previous months we didnt release the Sahrudayas Service News Bulletin. Here we are bringing to your notice with following points: 1. Audit Report of previous year ( 1-4-2011 to 31-3-2012) 2. Activities during the period of July 2011 to July 2012. 3. Balance sheet.

July-2011: 1. Master. K.Charitharth Chandra studying IV Class in secunderabad. His father Sri K.Ramesh working in a petrol bunk. Sahrudya extended its help by providing books for master K.Charithardh Chandra. 2. Master. C.Bharath Raj, studying IX class in Mehdipatnam. His father Sri. M.C.Raju working as an attendent in a junior college. Sahrudaya extended its help by paying school fees and provided school books. August-2011: 1. Master. M.Jagadishchandra Teja studying V class in Narsingi Village. His father Sri. Chandu expired long back. His mother Smt.Laxmi working as a contact based sweeper in a Bank. Sahrudaya paid school fees for Master M.Jagadishchandra Teja. September 2011: 1. Ms. M.Sirisha studying VII class in Secunderabad. Her father left the family long back and her mother Smt. M.Swarupa working as sweeper in a bank on contact basis. Sahrudaya heped by paying school fees for Ms.M.Sirisha 2. Sri B.Nagababu, residents of Safilguda, working as watchman and his wife Smt.Ratnam working as sevant maid in a house. Master. B. Nagesh studying 1st standard in a school at Old Safilguda. Sahrudaya helped the family by paying school fees for master. B.Nagesh

October 2011: 1. Sri Jaya Prakash, aged 63 years, resident of Secunderabad retired from a private service and now having no income to lead the life with his wife. He is having no children. He is suffering with eye disease. Sahrudaya helped him by providing required medicines, periodically.

November 2011: 1. Mr. K.Prashanth studying VIII class in a school located at Maulali. His Father Sri. K.Raghavulu expired long back due to snake bite. His mother Smt. Venkataratnam working as a servant maid in 3 houses and laeading life with her 2 sons. Sahrudaya helped this family by paying school fees for Mr.K. Prashanth. 2

2. Sahrudya helped Mr. Jaya Prakash by providing medicines (2nd time) for his Eye diesease. December-2011: 1. Sahrudya helped Mr. Jaya Prakash by providing medicines (3rd time) for his Eye diesease. January 2012 : 1. Sahrudya helped Mr. Jaya Prakash by providing medicines (4th time) for his Eye diesease. February & March 2012: No expenditure made as there were no cases to takeup. April 2012: 1. Sri. D.Ganesh, resident of Mehadipatnam F/o D.Rahul (IX Class), D.Raju (V Class), Baby. Pooja (III Class), leading his life with his small earnings by ironing clothes. Due to the financial crisis, he is not able to pay the school fees for a long time. Finally, at the time of exams school management denied to issue hall tickets. To save the acadamic year of the children, Sahrudaya takenup as a special case to help all three children and paid the school fees for them. May 2012: No expenditure made as there were no cases to takeup. June 2012: 1. Sri & Smt. K.Srinivasa Reddy, resident of Kohir Village, working as daily waged labourers and leading life with their 3 daughters Bhavana (VIII class), Sushmitha (IV Class), Surekha (IV Class). Sahrudaya helped this family by paying school fees for Bhavana and Sushmitha. 2. (It is a repeated case for 2nd year) Sahrudaya paid School fees for Master. B.Nagesh, S/o Smt.&sri.Nagababu, of old safilguda of his education of II class. 3. (It is a repeated case for 3rd year) Sahrudaya paid school fees for the education of X class of Ms.R.Ratna Priya, D/o. Late. R.Madhu, Smt. Sujatha of Namalagundu. 4. Sri. M.Prabhakar working in a recreation club as a attendent, leading life with wife and two daughters, in Mettuguda. Responding to his appeal Sahrudaya paid school fees for his eldest daughter baby. M. Varshitha for education of IV class. 3

5. (It is a repeated case for 2nd year) Sahrudaya paid school for baby P.Sruthi (D/o. Smt & Sri P.Srinivas of Balaji Nagar), for her education of VII class. 6. (It is a repeated case for 2nd year) Baby. M.Supriya D/o. Smt.Bhagya Laxmi, resident of Amberpet, studying VI class in a school located at Amberpet. Sahrudaya helped the child by paying school fees for one year. 7. Ms. S.Rekha D/o.S.Kishan studying X class in a school near Shamlal building. Her family not having good financial status. On responding to her fathers appeal Sahrudaya paid fees for one year for her. 8. (It is a repeated case for 2nd year) Baby. J. Manasa (D/o Smt.Sri J. Gopal resedents of Yapral) studying IInd class in a school located in Yapral. Sahrudaya paid school fees for her education for one year. 9.Baby G.PravallikaD/o. late.Sri.G.Narasinga Rao, resident of Warasiguda, studying VII class in a school located at Warasiguda. Her mother Smt. Laxmi leading life with lowest income by working as a tailor. Sahrudaya helped her by paying school fees for one year. 10.(It is a repeated case for 2nd year) Baby. M.Kavya (D/o. Sri&Smt M.Srinivas, resident of Madhura nagar) studying 1st standard in a school near Madhura nagar. Sahrudaya paid school fees for her for one year. 11. Smt. D.Manjula (her husband expired recently) working in a super market as a sales girl, and earning a very little income. Her eldest daughter Baby Rajeswari studying VIII class in a school near old Safilguda. Responding to the appeal, Sahrudaya helped by paying school fees for one year. July 2012: 1. Sri. PSubramaniam working as a labourer, staying at Moula ali, leading life with wife and 3 children. His 2nd son P.Venkatesh studying IX class in a school near Moula ali. Responding to his appeal Sahrudaya helped by paying school fees for him for one year. 4

2. Smt. B.Pushpa, resident of old Malkajgiri, working as Ayah in a school. Her husband left the family long back. Her daughter Baby.B.Navya studying II standard in a school near old Safilguda. Responding to her appeal, Sahrudaya helped her by paying school fees for one year. 3. (It is a repeated case for 2nd year) Master. Jagadishchandra Teja, S/o. late.Sri Chandu studying VI class in a school near Narsingi Village. Sahrudaya extended its help by paying school fees for his education of one year. 4. Master S.Susheel Kumar, S/o Smt.Jayasree resident of Shamlal bulinding area studying IX Class in a school near Ameerpet. Smt. Jayasree working as a servant maid in 2 houses and laeading life. Her husband left the family long back. Responding to the appeal , Sahrudaya paid school fees for one year for him. 5. Baby. B.Pravallika studying III standard in a school near Sanath nagar. Her father expired long back. Her mother Smt. B.Bharathi working as servant maid in 2 houses and leading life with lowest income. Responding to her appeal Sahrudaya extended its help by paying school fees for her for one year. Acknowledgements: According to the noms Sahrudaya extends its help to one person from a family. In some needy cases, to help more than one, Sahrudaya appeals to its members for donations to meet the expenditure. Similarly this year also Sahrudaya appealed its members for donations. Responding to the appeal sevaral members from AMD and outside donated huge amounts so that Sahrudaya can extended its help for needy people.
