WEAKNESS: Lack of Information about the product: Most of the products of the NAKS are not known by the people, this is because of lack of information about the product. Focusing mainly on the urban sector: NAKS mainly focus on the ICSE/CBSE schools, where the competition is very tuft and are not concentrating on the state boards. Late entrant in the market: NAKS entered the educational market in 2008.

OPPORTUNITIES: A large Part of cities are uncovered: A large part of the cities are uncovered by NAKS where they do not have any branches. With rising number of IITJEE, AIEEE, WBJEE , etc aspirants the company has greater opportunities. There is a good opportunities to increase the Marketers base: when we compare the ratio of Marketers with Educomp, then we will find that

there is a large gap between them, so there is an opportunities to increase the marketers base by breaking the marketing executive of Educomp.

THREATS: Educomp solutions: Educomp is the greatest threat to NAKS in the area of education sector, because it is one of the oldest education company in the country, and has captured a larger part of the market. Threat with some other coaching centers: - there are some coaching centres which are providing these services. And slowly taking away a good market share.

Market strategy used by NAKS NAKS is using direct market strategy.
