Halo-halo Making
I. Introduction
Summer is the hottest season that we've encounter here in the Philippines and it's started from February to May. For that reason I decided to make a Halo-halo as my project which is fit in the season. The purpose of this project is to make a delicious and refreshing to all at the same time to gain income.

II.

Objectives

This project proposal aims to provide products which is fit in summer season and to gain income of P200.00 (two hundred pesos) from my capital of P350.00 (three hundred fifty pesos). It also aim to give quality product to all which is affordable.

III.

Definition of terms

Halo-halo is a popular filipino desert that is a mixtured of ice and milk to which are added various boiled sweet beans and fruits and served cold in a tall glass. Summer is the warmest of the four temperate season between spring and autumn. It is mark by the longest days and shortest nights.

Procedures
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Buy the Ingredients and fixed all the materials needed. Scoop the ice into the glass until it comes up to the brim. Drizzle with milk until the ice turns into the color of milk. Put a spoon of white sugar into it. Top with additional ingredients. You may now serve it.

Expected Outcome

In the first day of selling the people would surely buy the product as remedy for their hot feelings that they feel and also it will gain higher income more than what is the expected income would be.

XI.

Possible Pitfalls

The product would be failure if the brown-out will still going on because their will no ice to be buy and if we will encounter a rain because of cli mate change that we suffer now.

Recommendation

I recommend that in selling the product we must maintain the quality of the product or enhance it to better one. We must maintain the good taste of product so that the buyers will be satisfied for what they buy.
