Day 2: Hochiminh City Sightseeing Tour (B) After breakfast at hotel, enjoy full day city tour to major attractions in Hochiminh City including Notre Dame Cathedral, Colonial Post Office, War Remnant Museum, Reunification Palace, Ben Thanh Market and China Town. In the afternoon tour leads you to Cuchi Tunnel which allows you to discover Vietnamese fighters' s life during the War against American. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City hotel. Day 3: Hochiminh City - Mekong Delta (B, L) Breakfast at hotel, take scenic drive to My Tho for Mekong Delta Tour. Upon arrival, embark on private boat for Cai Be Floating Market then experience Vietnamese fruit like dragon, Pomelo, Longan while enjoy the local traditional music, performed by the islanders. Moving to Sampan for up close and personal view of smaller canals and tributaries with a stop at some of local factories for example Coconut Candy, Rice Paper ... then lunch is served at local restaurant with Elephant Ear Fish and Fresh Spring Roll. Day 4: Hochiminh City - Hoian (B, D) After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for short flight to Danang City then transfer to Hoian. Upon Arrival, welcome and drive to seaside hotel for check in. Enjoy sunset on Cua Dai Beach while trying Vietnamese Cocktails. In the evening, make you way to riverside restaurant for romantic dinner. Stay overnight in Hoian hotel. Day 5: Hoian (B, L) Today, enjoy a guided walking tour in Hoian including Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung Houses, Chinese Assembly Hall, Chua Ong Pagoda and Hoian Market then experience the Hoian authentic cuisines by having lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, take romantic boat ride along the Thubon River to Thanh Ha Ceramic Village and biking tour in the neighborhood of Hoian. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian. Day 8: Hanoi - Halong (B, L, D) Our guide will meet you at the hotel then leave Hanoi for Ha Long Bay. On the way, enjoy fresh coffee at Vietnam Handiraft Center. In the afternoon embark on Vietnamese Junk and cruise through the middle of Halong Bay while enjoying a seafood lunch. Then take a short trek to visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most impressive grottoes in Halong Bay. We continue to cruise around the bay, passing local floating village, then our captain will find a secluded spot for swimming and sun bathing. Tonight, you will enjoy romantic seafood dinner on board and have a nice sleep on cruise in Halog Bay. Day 9: Halong - Hanoi (B, L) Morning wake up by the sounds of the sea. Take a morning swim then move to sampan for Luon Cave exploration. On the occasion, you may lucky enough to see monkey and sea hawks on Island cliffs and continue to Halong City, from the junk you can easily to see municipal church, Fish Market and City Hall then check out and enjoy the last seafood lunch at local restaurant. Afterward, go back to Hanoi, on the way, visit Dong Trieu Ceramic Village. Tonight, free at your leisure. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel. Day 10: Hanoi (B, L, D) Enjoy breakfast at hotel. Today, enjoy Cooking Class with Vietnamese specialties. The cooking class will begin with a tour to market for full introduction of Vietnamese spices and ingredients then with Cheft's direction and support, demonstrate on Vietnamese cuisines for instance Spring Roll, Banana Flower Salad... Enjoy lunch and make your way to major attractions in Hanoi including Hochiminh Complex, Temple of Literature and Vietnam National Museum of Ethnology.
