Comitment:

+ The product should follow the european regulation (Norm EN 12521, EN 1730, EN 12520, EN 1022, EN 1725; and EN 14749 and dosage PCP must less 1milligram per kilogram (mg/kg)) + The products should also follow the technical file SIPA1201-IR-HF as enclosement. + Mail order packing: 6 sides foam for 6 faces of carton, thickness of polystyrene 2 cm, Density of polystyrene from 8-10 kg/m3 paperboard and polystyrene at the corner of carton box + The products design is not copy of any design belonging to another company. The seller will be responsible for any claim arise for pattern or design that would belong to another company. + Inspection: at least 80% of the products should be finished and packed at least 7 days before the latest shipment date or 15 days for the products for which a testing laboratory is required. + The full set of draft of shipment document should be sent to shipping@irisvietnam.com within 3 days after shipment for checking before the original are issued. + The moisture level of all products should be between 10% and 14% for pine wood + In case desiccant used we accept only the silicat gel. The other one would not be allowned. Order will be cancelled and factory will cover for all charge once using the other desicant

Others:

+ The seller commit himself not to use any substance or preparation during the process of production that use SVHC substance according to the list of very high concern given by REACH that can be found in the following website:http://echa.europa.eu/chem_data/authorisation_process/candidate_list_table_en.asp. In case these substances can be found on the product the seller will be fully responsible to reimburse the value of the products. + Any mistakes on the carton dimensions from the initial offer that lead to an extra freight cost will be on the responsability of the seller + Penality for late delivery to forwarder / Port: 1% for 4 to 5 days late, 5% for 6 to 12 days, 10% for 13 days to 20, if >20days with possibility to refuse the cargo
