Diagnosis: made drive test the customer complain is confirm a whistling sound when accelerating appear strong enough to accelerate the speed somewhere in the range 1800-2000 rpm in the principal turbocharger.Connect SDD made diagnosis and found DTCP081C-64, P124700.Check conducted air routes are ok, checked the route from the turbine intake air filter,from the turbocharger to the intercooler and engine intake intercoler not found evidence of leaks or loss of system.Another fact found, relevant or not, the distortion engine idling or during pregnancy, there is a lag between 2000-2500 rpm somewhere around the throttle to push the revs normal until about 2000 rpm, the "caps" about 1 seconds after the engine continues restructuring.Noise is amplified as the engine reaches normal operating temperature, cold be heard quite a bit.Made check according SSM 53397.Replace the exhasut manifold and check oil loses the turbocharger in the exhaust manifold.The oil is not present exhaust manifolt although there is some play in the turbocharger shaft, something more than normal.Made checks according LTB 00445/2012 , check manifold inlet for losses or leaks , suction hoses first tubocharger and secondary turbocharger and no found losses , Rectification: replace the first turbocharger Regional Office comments / feedback:
