Instructions to the candidates

1. Submit interested areas of specialization well in advance to the project coordinator. 2. After allotment of specialized guides, meet with diary and get your work approved in time. 3. Out campus project works needs approval, affix the permissions in diary. 4. Change of project, title, batch and guide is not permitted. In case if inevitable guide and project coordinator will decide the course of action. 5. All material and consumables should be borne by project associates only. 6. The department will facilitate and extend existing resources for the purpose of the project within the premises. 7. The academic experimental setups are not permitted to be modified. 8. The completed project will become department property for the purpose of the future generations. 9. Late submissions will not be entertained. 10.The final review or submission will not be allowed with incomplete diary. 11. The Sponsored projects will be rewarded and appreciated at the department. 12. IPR, KSCST, article publications etc, are external entities and staff or dept. will not be responsible for delay or lapses. 13. An outstanding project bringing laurels to the department and institute will be appreciated and awarded on academic celebrations. 14.Decision of HOD, Project Coordinator and Guide will be final in any matter related to project.

Objectives

Objectives are set to achieve. Write carefully the achievable ones.

Literature Survey

A through literature survey is must for good work.

Keep the documents in support of survey Account all references in sequence as per IEEE format

Significance of the project

The work should be new and innovative. Technical, Social, Commercial and Economical factors should be significant.

Data Flow Diagram (DFD)

Represent all steps of the project (idea to execution) in block diagram. Mention operation and activity duration.
