Rangeley Caf Fall 2012 ~ Classical French Cuisine

The Rangeley Caf is the training restaurant for the culinary arts students of Eastern Maine Community College. Reservations Required (maximum 3 on the books at a time) Serving Lunch Wednesdays with Seatings at 11:30, 11:45, 12:00, & 12:15 Serving Dinner Thursdays with Seatings at 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, & 6:15 (see accompanying schedule for service dates) Service takes about 90 minutes; please allow sufficient time to leisurely dine. All meals include beverage, bread service, soup, choice of appetizer, entre, and dessert. $15.00 per person (includes a service fee in lieu of gratuity) Any additional gratuities you may choose to leave are considered donations and are used for Culinary Arts Student Activities.
