PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Head Office will conduct the re-prequalification public auction that financed with the fund from PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Fiscal Year in 2012, 2013 and 2014 (Multi Years) for work as follows: a. b. The Scope of Work: Detail Engineering Design (DED) and Design & Build in order to fast track program Terminal 3 Construction Soekarno-Hatta Airport with an area approximately 367,000 m2, which includes: 1) DED and Earth Work Implementation; 2) DED and Civil Structure Work Implementation; 3) DED and Road and Parking Work Implementation; 4) DED and Architectural Implementation; 5) DED and Interior Implementation; 6) DED and Terminal Area Landscape Implementation; 7) DED and Mechanical & Electrical Work Implementation; 8) DED and Airport Special Equipment Work Implementation (Baggage Handling System, Security System and etc.); 9) DED and Airport Electronic & IT Work Implementation. c. The regulations are used as the basis for the implementation of the auction process is the company regulation of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Number 20 about the auction in PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). d. The prequalification of the above work packages are non-binding. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) have right to modify, adjust the requirements or cancellation, in the event of changes to the budget or work plan and terms of employment. Auction participants are not entitled to claim damages. 2. General Requirements for the Bidder 1) The Bidder is the contractor that must have cooperate/partner with consultant to meet the requirement as requires at point 3.1) and 3.2) in this announcement; 2) The national contractor company must have partner with the foreigner contractor company that have an experience in the implementation of world class airport construction with the passenger capacity at least 20 (twenty) million passengers per year; 3) The national consultant company must have partner with the foreigner consultant company that have an experience in the implementation of world class airport construction with the passenger capacity at least 20 (twenty) million passengers per year; 4) The national contractor company must have support from non-construction company that has the qualifications and classifications as point 3.3);

5) The registration must be made on behalf of the partnership/consortium by stating the obvious limitations of liability of each member of the partnership/consortium. The national member of the partnership/consortium has more dominant responsibility, domestic preference will be given when PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has an evaluation of the consortium members. 6) The bidder of foreign consultant and/or contractor (Foreign Contractor Company or BUJKA) that participate in the partnership must have a permit for construction activity in Indonesia (SIUJKA) before signing the contract or before mobilized and became involved in the execution of the work. 7) All participants must sign an Integrity Pact. In the case of a partnership/consortium, the Integrity Pact signed by all members of the partnership/consortium. 3. 4. The contractor company that meet the requirements must have an experience to implement the work based on sub area appropriate with (Code sub area 21005 and/or 22001) in the past 10 (ten) years with the value at least Rp.1,580,000,000,000 (one trillion five hundred eighty billion rupiah). 5. The contractor company that interest can registration as the bidder at above address and must meet the requirement as follow: a) Submit the application letter for registration prequalification that sign by President Director. b) In partnership/consortium/joint operation/cooperation with the vendor, application for registration sign by President Director that appointed as Lead Firm or Consortium/Joint Operation Director. c) Must submit the copy and shown the original ID card of President Director/Consortium/Joint Operation that sign, or for the bidder that the registration are represent must attach the original power of attorney from the President Director that sign the application letter for registration in company letter head, stamp Rp.6000 and company chop, showing the original ID and submit the copy ID. 8. A person prohibited from representing more than 1 (one) company/consortium/joint operation in the register and retrieval the Qualification Document. 9.
