Greg Ammon, MS, NCC, LPC: Mr. Ammon has a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from UW-Whitewater and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. His experience includes providing mental health treatment to children, couples and families, as well as the treatment of OCD, depression and anxiety. Currently Greg is the Director of Patient and Family Services and the Counseling Care Center at Beloit Memorial Hospital. Maria-Maria Anleu, MD Psychiatrist: Dr. Anleu is certified in both Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her Adult Residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago and her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at Childrens Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Anleu serves adults, children and adolescents and is fluent in Spanish. Jennifer Bleak, MD Psychiatrist: Dr. Bleak is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, completing her residency at the University of Chicago and a Psychiatric Fellowship in psychotherapy at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, IL. Her experience includes working in private practice, community mental health clinics, within a methadone clinic, and serving as clinical director at a mental health clinic for English speakers in Tokyo, Japan, where she lived for eleven years. Dr. Bleak serves all adult populations, focusing on individual mental health and addiction needs. Nancy Wilson, MD Psychiatrist: Dr. Wilson is a graduate of Queens University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada, with BA, BPHE and BEd degrees. After teaching Special Education for eleven years and working in research for one year, Dr. Wilson attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean, Montserrat, West Indies, and then completed her residency in Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She is BoardCertified in General Psychiatry and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. Previously, Dr. Wilson provided both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care in Northern Wisconsin for fifteen years. Her clinical interests are diagnostics, psychotherapy and medication management, as well as working in liaison with other medical specialties. Helen Link, APNP Nurse Prescriber: Ms. Link is a psychiatric clinical specialist and nurse prescriber board certified to provide care for children, adolescent, and adult psychiatric mental healthcare. Helen received her Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Post graduate training includes experience with group psychotherapy, and patient care in outpatient, inpatient and institutional settings. Keith Gibson, PhD Psychologist: Dr. Gibson has over 30 years of practice in psychology including his MS and PhD degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His additional experience has come from work in community mental health centers, private practice and research and program development. His particular interest is providing services to children, especially in the area of attention-deficit and disruptive behaviors. Amy Brodeski, MSW, LCSW, CADC: Ms. Brodeski has a Master of Social Work Degree from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. She is a licensed clinical social worker, an Illinois certified addictions counselor and specializes in school social work. Her clinical interests include working in the areas of anxiety, eating disorders, adolescent substance abuse and adjustment disorders in all ages.
Nicole Gougeon, MSSW, LCSW: Ms. Gougeon has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her experience includes treating behavior disorders and trauma in children, the treatment of chronic mental illness, depression and anxiety, effective parenting techniques, and divorce adjustment with children and families. She is also a licensed facilitator of the Sandcastles program for children of divorce. Sally Greer, MS, NCC, LPC, IL CADC: Ms. Greer has a Master of Science in Human Services Counseling from National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois. She is an Illinois certified addictions counselor and has over 30 years experience volunteering, working and supervising in the field of social services and mental health. She has extensive experience working in the field of alcohol and drug addictions, domestic violence and individual trauma. She also works with families who have a family member diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Her clinical interests include womens issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship concerns with individuals, couples and families. Sharon Huff, RN, MSC, LPC: Sharon graduated from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, received her AD from the University of Alaska, BS from the College of St. Francis and her MSC from the University of Wisconsin. She has practiced as a Clinical Nurse Specialist as well as a psychotherapist. She is a Certified Trauma Specialist and is certified to practice in the State of Wisconsin and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. Clinical expertise include cross cultural education, forensic work, teaching, public speaking, writing, disaster training, and individual, family and group therapy. Currently, Sharon provides clinical triage services and facilitates the Chronic Pain Support Group. Andrew Jadczak, MA, LPC: Mr. Jadczak has a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. His clinical experience includes working with various age groups to address anxiety issues, relationship conflicts, personality disorders, adjustment issues, psychosis, oppositional defiant disorders and anger management issues. Tracy Jurgens, MSW, LCSW: Ms. Jurgens has a Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Wisconsin. Her experience includes school and medical social work, as well as providing mental health treatment to clients of various ages. Tracy is particularly interested in the treatment of anxiety, depression, anger difficulties and helping people improve the quality of relationships in their lives.
