As I have visited all the site of our multiplex and analyzed the all data regarding the same. I have already submitted the report that where we are lacking in our management at multiplex and in continuation of that report I came to the conclusion at the end with some bullet points as follows.
Electricity Expense
We need to maintain proper maintenance for AC with strong AMC. Electricity consumption schedule should be maintain by electrician Timely temperature reading at Audi/foyer for increasing and decreasing AC temperature. AC repair should be supervised by electrician or maintenance people. Manager supervision is required for wastage of electricity. Electrician needs to set the cutoff for the unit consumption per day. Foyer AC needs to be supervised by manager and electrician and it should be well managed by electrician so that we can control costing on it. How may units consumed in multiplex and its schedule should signed by electrician and manager every. If units consumption goes beyond the cutoff it is required to put remark for the same. We can use night vision camera for safety purpose and we can reduce extra lighting in night time.
Housekeeping Expenses To maintain the housekeeping standard we need to hire educated and strict
supervisor.
Housekeeping schedule should timely signed by supervisor and manager. Housekeeping material should have quality. Manager needs to supervise premises frequently to maintain cleanness. Every Plex have enough employees for housekeeping except Nadiad wants one supervisor.
Proper dress code required for housekeeping boys and supervisor. Housekeeping material purchase should be centralized for maintain same
quality of material everywhere.
Proper work distribution required in housekeeping management. Movie start, interval and exit time should be mention in movie schedule
Security expenses
I found every multiplex have enough security guard and security supervisor to maintain the quality of security. But we need to required proper supervision on their work and their presence at their place. Security should be strict and well dress code manner. Shift changing time it is required to see by manager that security should not be disturb. Security checkups at entrance gate should be strict and proper way by using sensor reader and every customer entry should be through security gate. Security supervisor need to check every guard at their place and working properly and also check the all machine/device/security gate sensor are working properly if he find some problem then report to manager for the same. We need to put instruction notice at box office to prevent unauthorized food and material should not be allowed by the customer. Security guys should be same for long they should not be change frequently. Old age people and below 18 year old guard should not be deputed at any Plex. Valsad Plex required shad at entrance of multiplex gate. Because due to humidity no one stand at entrance gate. Only security people standing one single place does not fulfill our need we have to assign work to them.
Staff Salary Expenses We need to required online attendance system to supervise the entry and exit. We need to required suitable staff for suitable place. For supervisor level we need to hire experience people to maintain work properly. Manager needs to take meeting every week of all staff or sift wise and update them and trained them for fast execution of work. To increase sale in canteen we need to hire good communicating staff with customer. Staffs are enough everywhere we need to plan how to use gatekeeper staff in canteen. We have to take multiple works from single person.
Canteen Sales
Canteen staff people arrangement should be proper. We can increase our sales when we improve the selling skill of canteen guys. Broad canteen need to increase their rates. Ahmadabad canteen can perform well but canteen guys are confused and their work distribution is not proper.
