Product specification Systems Description Typical Mixed Usable life of 1 Litre @ 25oC Moisture tolerance during cure Minimum cure time @ 25oC Full cure time @ 25oC Minimum application temperature Typical cured properties Compressive strength (ISO 604) Flexural strength (ISO 178) Tensile strength (ISO 527) Tensile bond strength (ISO 4587) Maximum operating Temperature

CA 125 General purpose adhesive paste 40 minutes Poor 24 hours 5 days 15oC 50-60 MPa 30-35 MPa 15-25 MPa 10-15 MPa 55oC

CA 273 Medium setting adhesive paste 20 minutes Excellent 6 hours 24 hours 5oC 60-70 MPa 45-50 MPa 30-40 MPa 15-20 MPa 65oC

Minimum cure time: Is the time taken for the systems to develop strength values greater than those of cured concrete. Full cure time: Is the time taken to develop the cured properties above. Tensile bond strength: Is the strength of a bond between METALLIC surfaces such as aluminium or steel. Bonded concrete surfaces will always fail in the concrete, generally at 3-6 MPa. Temperature effects: A 10C RISE in temperature will approximately HALVE the usable life and cure time. A 10C DROP in temperature will approximately DOUBLE the usable life and cure time.
