Introduction
This four day intensive programme focuses on the participant's leadership styles, their vision and impact on their organization. They will explore their personal leadership patterns and how to leverage their strengths. They will discover techniques that successful business leaders and world-class managers rely on to achieve results. The program focuses on the core skills they would need to consistently deliver outstanding performance. It focuses on putting 'top thinking' into action having been built around real-life management issues and not business school theories alone. The participants will take both the latest, the tried and tested ideas, strip them apart and apply them to their own needs. Prof Viktoria Dalko is a JoAnne Fussa Distinguished Teacher of the Graduate Program in Management, Harvard University Extension School, and a Global Professor of Finance at Hult International Business School in Boston, Dubai, London, San Francisco, and Shanghai. Dalko received a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. As Global Professor of Finance at Hult International Business School: Core Course Lead for Financial Management and Corporate Finance. Also as an Instructor at Harvard Extensions School: Teaching Graduate Courses in Mergers and Acquisitions; Teaching Graduate Courses in Business Analysis and Valuations; Teaching Prof Victoria Dalko Corporate Finance and International Financial Markets; Conducting Research; Supervising Independent Research. Dr Davin Bremner is an Expert and Professor on how to use Effective Negotiation Skills and Emotional Intelligence to help participants become better leaders, especially within crises situations. Davin is a global consultant to many nations and Professor of Conflict Resolution and Negotiation at Graduate levels in Universities and Business Schools in the UK, Canada, USA and South Africa. Davin, believes that as a result of his 1st hand experience of working the freedom path with the release of Dr Nelson Madela, he internalised the true meaning of Ubuntupeople are people through people. He was part of the South African Peace Accord and the negotiations that led to the first three elections, and all the drama and trauma of those times. He learnt and understood leadership working with Mandela from a unique perspective, using problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution.

Dr Davin Bremner

John has applied his more than 20years of working and consulting experience in the areas of change management, business strategy, process improvement, leadership development, information technology deployment and recently, business model innovation. His working experience has been across industries and geographies with results. He has led and managed complex projects in public and private sectors, implementing visible change to help make organizations realize their vision. As co-ordinator of the Leadership Development Program, he will help make the event the best of learning John Wesey: Program Coordinator experience for all participants. He frequently speaks in select events and he is coach to a number of young and established managers.
