Program Overview
Introduction
This four day intensive programme focuses on the participant's leadership styles, their vision and impact on their organization. They will explore their personal leadership patterns and how to leverage their strengths. They will discover techniques that successful business leaders and world-class managers rely on to achieve results. The program focuses on the core skills they would need to consistently deliver outstanding performance. It focuses on putting 'top thinking' into action having been built around real-life management issues and not business school theories alone. The participants will take both the latest, the tried and tested ideas, strip them apart and apply them to their own needs. Our faculty are professionals and experts that have unique insights into what drives result.

John has applied his more than 20years of working and consulting experience in the areas of change management, business strategy, process improvement, leadership development, information technology deployment and recently, business model innovation. His working experience has been across industries and geographies with results. He has led and managed complex projects in public and private sectors, implementing visible change to help make organizations realize their vision. As co-ordinator of the Leadership Development Program, he will help make the event the best of learning John Wesey: Program Coordinator experience for all participants. He frequently speaks in select events and he is coach to a number of young and established managers.

Fee: =N=350,000.00 This fee includes: World-Class Training Materials Fantastic Conference Packages Buffet Breakfast Tea/Coffee Breaks`& Refreshment Buffet Lunch Serene and Luxurious Scenery Schedule: The program will kick-off 8:30am on Tuesday 14th of August, 2012. Daily sessions of training and assessments will be held at the designated venue. Evenings will be devoted to one-on-one coaching & feedback, team building and outdoor activities and networking. The final day session will adjourn with an early lunch on 17th of August 2012. Please note: Participants are strongly advised to take up residence at the program venue. This is to ensure that maximum value is derived from your investment as sessions will end by 6:30pm daily and to also take advantage of the one-on-one. coaching sessions with our foreign facilitators.
Certificates: Certificates will be awarded on successful completion of the program. Certificates will not be issued to delegates where attendance falls below 80%.
