1. Describe the importance of security in your life. Security is important for me as we live in a very dangerous world where there is no assurance of what happens the next moment. Though having security wont assure a person from all dangers fully, but if some assurance is available, then it gives a person some piece of mind. 2. Would you sacrifice the privacy you would get from living in a single-family house for the security provided in apartment buildings? Apartment buildings have many rules and regulations which people have to abide by. On the other hand single-family house gives the privacy that I need, and rules and regulations are minimal. So I wouldnt sacrifice my privacy for the security provided by the apartment building, rather would try to make the single family house secure. 3. Is the use of elevators an important issue? Yes, use of elevators is an important issue. It is because if a person stays at the top most floor of the apartment building, e.g. 20 storied building or on top floors find it hard to use stairs. 4. Are you apt in handling electrical malfunctions and plumbing failures? No, Im not that apt to do the works mentioned. But if possible, and affordable, then a person could be hired to do the works. But if I try then I can do the works. 5. Explain how important energy efficient houses are to you. Energy is a scarce resource and if the houses are energy efficient then it would save electricity bills and also would save a lot of energy, so such houses are important.

6. Are you capable of taking care of utility services? Yes, Im capable of taking care of my utility services. But if someone else would be of help, then that person could also help me to take care of it. 7. Many landlords do not allow pets inside apartment houses. Do you have any pets? No, I dont have pets. 8. In case of an emergency, would you ask for help from a friend, a family member or a neighbor? Single family houses also have neighbors, so in case of emergency, if other people arent available, then I would ask a neighbor to help me. 9. Rental leases often limit the maximum number of people who can reside in an apartment. How many family members do you have? I have 4 members in my family, including myself. 10. Single family residences require much more energy to heat in cold weathers than apartment buildings do. Will that be an inconvenience to you? No, that wouldnt be inconvenient for me.
