Times New Roman Font, and single spaced lines, d) list the references in numerical order of their appearance in the text, f) list all the used symbols (together with their units) in a nomenclature section at the end of the paper, g) use SI units. Keywords: International Conference, ICERTSD, Template, Typing Instruction. 1. INTRODUCTION Papers should be prepared according to the formatting instructions contained herein. Soft copy of the paper should be submitted in PDF format. As an alternative full paper in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) can be used. However, final camera-ready submission is to be in PDF format. No formatting instruction issued for abstract submission. 2. PAPER LENGTH Papers, including figures and tables, should ordinarily be limited to 7 pages. In no case a paper shall exceed 9 pages. Authors are requested to set up pages to A4 size (8.27 inch 11.69 inch) for typing the manuscript. 3. TYPING AND ORGANIZATION Type the body of your paper in two columns. The right and left margins are of 0.75 inch each. The gutter should be 0.2 inch and left positioned. Type the text single-spaced in Times Roman font. A typeface of 10-point should be used. If possible, equalize columns on last page. 3.1 Paper Title and Authors The first page is to contain the title of the paper, the author's (authors') name(s) and affiliation(s). (a) Type the title centered, 14-pt. Times New Roman boldface, in all capital letters with single line spacing. All lines (run-over lines of a long title) should be centered. Skip one line between the title and the first author. (b) Author name must be in 11 pt Regular font. Author affiliation must be in 10 pt Italic. Email address (for corresponding author only) is to be in 9 pt Regular font. 3.2 Abstract Begin your abstract (250 words maximum), leaving two-line space between the first line and the authors affiliation. The ABSTRACT heading must be typed 10-pt. Arial in all capitals. Skip one-line space and type up to 5 keywords. Leave two-line space between the keywords and the top of body of the text. 3.3 Succeeding Pages The first line of the text on all pages after the first (title page) is to start below 1 inch from the top of the paper. Page header shall only contain Paper No. (except for the title page, whose header is shown on this page).

4. EQUATIONS, TABLES AND FIGURES Equations are preferably typed using Word Equation editor. Allow one line of space above and below. Number displayed equations (if applicable) consecutively from Eq. (1) to the end of the paper. Example:

u v w + + =0 x y z

5. CONCLUSIONS Papers are ordinarily to be submitted online through the conference website. In case of difficulty in online submission system, papers are to be submitted as email attachment. You should receive a submission acknowledgement from conference office. For any related query contact the Organizing Secretary. REFERENCES References of cited literature should be identified in the text in square brackets and grouped at the end of the paper in numerical order of appearance. References should be styled and punctuated according to the following examples: journal article [1], book [2], thesis [3], proceedings [4], and technical paper/report [5]. 1. Haq, M. Z., Sheppard, C. Briefly title each table and caption each figure. Place table title above the table; place figure caption below the figure. Text and symbols must be clearly readable, avoid small symbols. Refer to each table and figure in the text. If possible, place tables and figures in the order mentioned in the text as close as possible to the referring part of the text. All plots should be placed incolumn (deviations may be taken in extraordinarily large figures or schematic diagram. Allow one line of space between the table title and the table (or between the figure and its caption). Allow two lines of space between the table or figure and the adjacent text.
