1.00 Rcc Hume pipe circular pump house manufacturing and supplying precast spun Rcc conical roof as per specifications and drawings. The Rcc Hume pipe pump house should have in internal diameter of 1200 mm and a height of 2.5 m with wall thickness of 65 mm. the Rcc Hume pipe pump house should consists of 12 rods or 6 mm dia bound at 50 mm pitch (CC) with 2 extra turns at both ends. the reinforcement should be placed in the wall giving adequate cover for concrete at both sides throughout its length. The cement concrete should have cemen content of 360 Kg per cum of concrete. the concrete should be compacted at adequate speed such that resultant conceret is dense and homogenous. The door frame should be ISA 35 x 35 x 5 mm welded to the reinforcement cage. The doors size should be of 600 mm width and 1800 mm height. The shutter should be of 18 gauge MS sheet welded on a frame of ISA 25 x 25 x 150 mm at top of the shutter for ventilation purpose. Th e opening is to be of a frame ISA mesh as shown in drawing. The doors should be painted on either side with 2 coats of anti-corrosive paints with a primer coat of red-oxide paint. The roof is to be made of precast Rcc. slab of 1600 mm diameter rods and 50 mm thick. The reinforcement should be of 6 mm dia adequate cover at the top and bottom sides.
