? The promoter of this Sweepstakes is Bag It Today a division of Living Media India Ltd. having its

office at B - 47, Indira Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi - 68. The Sweepstakes is presented in conjunction with various product offers of the promoter and its associated companies, and opens on 1st November, 2010 and is valid until 30st December, 2011. Entry is by invitation only, and is open to residents of India of legal age. Employees of Bag It Today, its associated companies and agencies, and their immediate families up to the second degree of consanguinity, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
? for entry to the prize draws offered is dependent upon replying in accordance with the Eligibility

conditions and instructions in the accompanying promotional material. No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes Offer. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is on an original Bag It Today entry form. No facsimiles or copies are permitted. In some cases where it will not be necessary to return an entry form to participate, specific mention will be made of that fact in the promotional material. When website or telephonic entry is offered, entries may be submitted by following the instructions in the promotional material. Bag It Today will accept no responsibility for entries, which are lost or damaged, or delayed in transit. All eligible entries will qualify as finalists and have a fair and equal chance to win.
? The Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize and 1700 Bag It Today Prizes closes at midnight on

31st December, 2011 and the draw will be held in FEbruary 2012. Winners will be determined from eligible entries through a computer generated random draw held in the presence of an independent auditor. Winners chosen will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
? All winners will be notified by Registered Mail and will be announced in April 2012. A final list of

winners will be available upon written request after 30th April, 2012. Please send the request together with a self-addressed postage paid envelope to Bag It Today, B - 47, Indira Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi - 68, or email your request to feedback@bagittoday.com after 30th April, 2012.
? Cash prizes may be represented from time to time as multiple payment options, cars, travel or

merchandise. Prize preferences indicated by participant at the time of returning the entry simply highlights the option desirable by the participant and is not binding; actual choices will be confirmed with winners after the draw. The Bag It Today Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes that may be payable on prizes will be deducted at source. Any prizes that remain unclaimed for two months after the announcement of the winners shall be forfeited. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or Tribunals in New Delhi only.
? The promoter reserves the right to publish the photograph and/or names of all or any prize-

winner/s in promotional materials and advertisements, as it sees fit.
