MEMORANDUM FOR STATES SUBJECT: 2012/2013 Annual Registration Fees

At the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Association held in Adelaide the annual registration fees for membership of the Association for the 2012/2013 season commencing on 1 June were determined as set out in the attached Fee Schedule. All registration fees are now due and payable and must be accompanied by the appropriate form, duly signed. I would like to remind States especially of the need to pay State Affiliation Fees of $175 (including web site levy of $40) plus the amount payable for Associations Liability Insurance of $350, making the total payable by each State $525. I would also like to issue a reminder that the DDA Constitution requires registration fees for members to be paid by 31 October 2012 in order to retain continuous membership privileges with DrillDance Australia. State Registrars are asked to bear this in mind when dealing with registrations and to ensure that documents are dealt with promptly and forwarded to the DDA President, by the above date, wherever possible. With respect to the DDA Insurance Levy, this is payable by all members and is included in the registration fees in every case. All members of the sport are required to be adequately covered for public liability, professional negligence and disability. SCHEDULE OF REGISTRATION FEES - 2012/2013 SEASON

1.

STATES:
Fee per State (Including Web Site Levy) Associations Liability Insurance $175.00 $350.00

TOTAL PER STATE $525.00 Fee includes affiliation for the State with DDA and entitles the State Association to all National correspondence, both Administrative and Technical. It also provides Associations Liability Insurance for State Officials and State access and use of the DDA web site

COMPETITIVE TEAM MEMBERS, COACHES & COORDINATORS (SENIOR):

Fee per member $ 58.00 Including Senior Team & Independent members, Coaches & Coordinators

3.

COMPETITIVE TEAM MEMBERS, COACHES & COORDINATORS (UNDER 17):

Fee per member $ 48.00 Including Under 17 Team & Independent members, Coaches & Coordinator)

4.

COMPETITIVE TEAM MEMBERS, COACHES & COORDINATORS (UNDER 12):

Fee per member $ 38.00 Including Under 12 Team & Independent members, Coaches & Coordinators NB For Categories 2, 3 & 4 the Fee includes registration with DrillDance Australia as well as Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance for all members. It also includes Professional Indemnity Insurance for Registered Coaches

UNDER 9 TEAM MEMBERS, COACHES AND COORDINATORS:

Fee per member $ 20.00 Including Under 9 Team members, Coaches and Coordinator

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS AND MASTERS TEAM MEMBERS:

Fee per member $ 28.00 NB Fee includes registration with DrillDance Australia as well as Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance

SUCCESSFULLY ASSESSED AND ACTIVE ACCREDITED COACHES:

Fee per member $ 5.00 discount on the above NB Fee includes registration with DrillDance Australia as well as Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance. It also includes Professional Indemnity Insurance for Registered Coaches
