Living Private Individual Person v Dead Entity Who holds the Authority?

1. The Queen is the owner of the land mass of Australia - An Act respecting the Issue of Writs of Habeas Corpus out of England into Her Majestys Possessions Abroad. [16th May 1862.] 2. As such she holds the allodial title to the land mass. 3. The law of those lands is the common law (of England) which is an unwritten law. 4. The absolute rights of every individual private natural person living anywhere within the Queens dominions where the Queen owns the lands are under the common law world wide. 5. The individual private natural persons residing on the landmass of Australia, created a corporation for the purposes of trade upon her lands. See Blackstone on Corporations to understand this. 6. That corporation offered a contract to Queen Victoria, also an individual private natural person, dealing with the specifics of that corporation on her land. 7. She agreed to the contract, which is known as the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 [63 & 64 VICT.] 8. The Commonwealth of Australia is the people. 9. This contract contains 1 Preamble and 9 sections. The actual constitution of this new corporation was found at s9. 10. The Preamble is outside the actual act and indicates who the contract holders are that being the people of the various states in Australia, the Queen and the representatives of the People in England all living natural private persons. 11. Every individual private natural person who was resident within The Commonwealth, or any who came into The Commonwealth of Australia, were all held to the common law. 12. Our personal signature, as an individual private natural person and corporation Sole, is our contract, our bond in all our dealings. 13. The queens signature is the royal seal her bond for all contacts. 14. As the holder of all of the Constitutions and as the owner of all the lands in her dominions, the Queen is held back to the common law of England, (Habeas Corpus Act) and the Magna Carta. 15. Neither the Commonwealth of Australia Parliament nor the Australian Government existed in 1900. 16. No Parliament was involved in that contract because Parliament is the servant of the people. 17. The members of those Parliaments were individual private natural people from communities elected by the individual private natural people of those communities to represent them and their communities for the benefit of both the people and their communities, as well as The Commonwealth of Australia as a whole. 18. The power of the members of Parliament is the power of one of an individual only. 19. ..it has been found necessary, when it is for the advantage of the public to have any particular rights kept on foot and continued, to constitute artificial persons, who may maintain a perpetual succession, and enjoy a kind of legal immortality. These artificial persons are called bodies politic, bodies corporate, (corpora corporata,) or corporations: of which there is a great variety subsisting, for the advancement of religion, of learning, and of commerce; in order to preserve entire and forever those rights and immunities, which, if they were granted only to those individuals of which the body corporate is composed, would upon their death be utterly lost and extinct. The Executive is charged with the duty of maintaining the provisions of that Constitution; and, therefore, it can only act as the agents of the people. 21. To hinder any such encroachments, the king is himself a part of the parliament. See attached newsletter 9 which is unfinished. 22. In 1972, EG Whitlam, an individual with the power of one, set in place a new corporation. 23. This was a corporation for the landmass not the people. For Australia, not for the Commonwealth of Australia. 24. He created a seal see point 12 & 13 by taking an existing armorial seal, making some changes, renamed it the Great Seal of Australia and copyrighting it to the new corporation.

25. He gave that new corporation a patron the Queen of Australia an entity only as this queen has not signed a contract of any kind. 26. This queen owns no land, holds no collatoral and is not a living individual private person, but is a fictional creation of EG Whitlam an individual with the power of one. 27. He gave that new corporation a constitution. To do that he simply copied OUR constitution, word for word, then changed the title, creating 2 duplicates The Constitution & Australian Constitution. He then copyrighted those two documents. 28. These new constitutions start at s1. They recognize no private person as they are creations of no contract. 29. Therefore they do not legally hold to the Preamble. 30. Therefore they also do not legally hold to the Queen or the People of the Commonwealth. 31. He then did the same with every single constitutionally lawful act making the appropriate 10% of changes to allow these acts to be copyrighted. 32. All parliamentarians then quit the job as constitutionally elected representatives of the people and simply started working for the new corporation. 33. This corporation holds no contract with either the people of the constitutional queen. 34. This corporation holds no private individual living people or the living queen in its structure. 35. Therefore it does not have to recognize the inherited rights of the People. 36. Therefore it requires no common law.

That is a very simple outline of the crime. This corporate structure indemnifies its employees, who all hold workplace agreements with it. However, each of those people are also living individual private men and women (outside of work). They are still bound to the contract, common law and are living on the land of the Queen therefore subject to the law of the land. As such, if a living man or woman hurts another living man or woman, they are subject to the jurisdiction of all living private natural persons common law. In any dealings I have with them, I deal only with the living person. Not the corporate person, who cannot hear me, see me, or recognize me, as I do not exist to them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Re the Letter of Vicarious Liability and the Default Letter. Place your details and signature on the right hand side of the page. That is the living side of the page. Obviously make any singular / plural etc changes necessary. Dont just copy. Make sure you have made the letter personal to your situation. Register any such letters and write the registration number at the top of each page make sure to list the number of pages so the receiver cannot say any were missing. Keep the registration receipt as evidence. CC to letter to any person you think is relevant the premier of your state, the attorney general, the governor, etc are all very good, as they will not want to be included as witnesses to a crime, in the event the courts, lawyers, council, etc continue to harm you. These people completely understand what you are sending.

Make sure you understand who you are, your individual private living person status as a contract holder in equity with the owner of the land. The criminals will attempt to get you to explain yourself so they can see if you really know and if you dont they will attempt to trick and trap you. DONT enter into any explanations or correspondence simply stick to the facts. The simple fact is, that without being part of our contract in any way they are a corporation with no authority to deal with us. Imagine if Nike told you they were fining you for wearing Reeboks you would laugh and tell them to *******. This corporate government are exactly the same with the exact same lack of authority. Do not argue with them stand your ground. They have to provide you with the authority that you are not who you are and they have power over you. Not the other way around. And they dont have it. But more importantly, you are bringing these entities back to their living men and women status and establishing your authority and it is very real. Stop defending, start ruling.
