__________________________________________________________________________ Introduction & Objective(s): Course Description: The impact of globalization has led to increased focus on international Logistics. Companies now have international suppliers as well as international customers and logistics plays a very vital role in movement of goods across countries. The simple processes of store and move, which are the two arms of logistics, become highly complicated due to the fact that the company has to deal with a plethora of rules and regulations of the individual countries, in addition to international laws, agreements and arrangements. It is estimated that International Logistics constitutes about 15% of the total cost of business.
