We are an established construction company located in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam invites suitable qualified individuals to join our team in the following immediate vacancy due to our expansion Advertised: 01 January 2011 Closing date : 02 February 2011 Site Supervisor (Selangor)

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years working experience for Diploma holder and 1 year working experience for Degree holder in site supervision, preferably in bungalow or high end project Ability to coordinate, organize and implement site activities. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Preferred language(s): Chinese. Posses own transport

Responsibilities:

Keep proper record of construction drawings Calculate quantity of construction materials prior to work commencement Ensure proper storage of materials Attend daily and/or weekly site meeting Keep proper record of site diary Inspect setting out at site Schedule and request for machinery and material Compile and submit all delivery orders for verification Stamp and sign all delivery orders after the materials are checked and unloaded

Carry out monthly stock check to ensure that materials on site are tallied with record Prepare and maintain up-to-date record on all materials received on site Report incident/accident that occurs at project sites to superior Ensure all employees use personnel protective equipment at all times Communicate to all site staff, sub contractors, trades and suppliers site activities and ensure timely response to program requirements. Self-motivated with strong work ethics Ability to multi-task and work independently

Personal Profiling

My name is Lala Mil. I had receiving my Diploma in civil engineering from Polytechnic Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, with a CGPA of at least 3.50 (max 4.0). I have worked with experience during my six-month industrial training and gained experience in site activities such as Prepare and maintain up-to-date record on all materials received on site. In addition, I also enable to using computer software. Drawing plans using the AutoCAD 2008 was one of the many skills that I acquired during my practical training. My training supervisor had on a number of occasions commended me for my ability to learn new things quickly and my attention to details. I am self-motivated, independent and am able to meet challenges. I therefore am confident that I will be able to make a direct and immediate contribution to your department.
