I Supervisors of Banga Irrr s and Mysore Divisions (old- MY80re area) to attend to the original durasti work of 2' blocks per day and to submit weekly progress report,thereof with a view to clear of the pendency 6f old phodi reeords which was heavy. . In the oou r as of periodical meeting of Ae s t .. irectors B of Land Records of Mysore Division held on 6-3",:,81" it¥ has been represented by the A.D.L.Rs.1 S.A.S. 'that the original durasti work in qu es t Lon eritrusted to A.D.L.Rs. and S.A.Ss. could not be carried out in view of over all supervision and control over the staff. Jbjectives of the intensified diary set forth in this Office Circular bearing No • H2. PRo 45/59-60 are' not being material ised as there is ample scope for cashing iQ the various provisions of q_.o.nQ6ssionsllowed in " a the aforesaid Circular. Too many days are spal1~~ on journeys' and by ,,: experience it has been found that the work turned out in various circles is very low defeating the very purpose of the intensified scale of diary~ Therefore, it is contemplated to reconsider and revise, the diary in the Comm i ttee of Officers of all ,the Regions. The~efore for the present the Circular bearing No. R2. PRo 45/59-50 dated 26.'5.69 stands repealed and th e following instructions are issued which 'should be strictly adhered to : t (1) Every Surveyor attached to the 'i'aluks at:tending-to the measurement of L.R.phodi, mutation and Hudbust cases sho~ld give a minimum out turn inclusive of measurement, ~lassificatidn and band pahani of 30 blocks in the~ase of Land Records or 80 hlssas in the case of R.R.mutation' cases in each month, irrespective of ~he , No.of L.R.records or mutation s];ipsi:x Lnvo Lved., fru.dtAlA?t".CC\A-tb (2) For purposes of calculation of diaries in respect of La 1ull survey number it sha~ld be reckoned as one blodx and if it isa bissa it -should bE/reckoned as one hissa, but no credit ~hall be given in respect of measurement done for refixing the boundary mark of adjacent Survey number. (3) The diary fixed above is for a month and as such no reduction in the diary can be allo'Ned for casual leave taken by the offiCial. ' (4) ~o·diary 'Nill be allowed in respect of mutation slips non, involving measurement returned by Taluk Surveyors for • -any ir-eaeon Whatsoever after field ve r iz'Lc at i on wi th the statement of the parties or the village officers etc. Tht?-Tahsildar and the Taluk staff should be careful to see that only such mutation slips as involve .measurement are issued to the Surveyors. (5) As regards other allied matters and the diary for the tapasani surveyors are non~erncd the previous Circular Lns t ruo t i orie stand viz., the' Atlas and F.?forms will be -prepared by Tapasani Surveyors. This Gj"rcular will come into e r rec't from 1 st June 1960 •
