Main objective of the subject: To develop knowledge / skill and analytical ability in the students and prepare them to take up international career with sufficient amount of inputs. Stage 3: All the students, as per the lecture plan should prepare the units and come to the class.

Stage 4: The faculty should play the role of facilitator and guide. The presentation of the faculty will strongly support the units they have learnt. Stage 5: Cases relevant to the unit should be discussed. The faculty should keep the cases ready after the concepts are clarified. The cases should be current, either issue based or functional oriented.
