General Instructions Purpose. The Annual Progress Report (APR) is a reportingtool that lfUD usesto track programprogressand assistance funding. processfor homeless accomplishments inform the Department's competitive and grants must submit 2 APR'S to HUD within 90 days aller Filing Requirements.Recipients HUD's homeless assistance of year.
