PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Module Pool

Tools Issue Monitoring: This Module pool program is created for the Tool Engineering Department.It helps the user to monitor the movements of tools, which is about issuing, return and pending status of tools. Budget Monitoring: This Module pool program is created for the Management Service Department. It helps the user to monitor the budget proposed for the project and to monitor the budget and the available balance for the given purchase requisition number. Operation Planning and Controlling: Developed a Module pool program for developing cutting plan of the given material no and WBS element which can be implemented for operational planning & controlling

department.
Reports

Purchase Order details: Created an Interactive report to display Purchase Order and its item general detail description (PO no, item, ordered qty, received qty etc). When selected a particular item, detailed description of that item is displayed in the secondary list. Rate Schedule details(OO Alv): Created a report to display material with rate schedule and purchase order details while document (drawing) number as a input.

Created report program Calibration Report For Instruments based on debugging the standard T-Code IE03 and displayed details such as maintenance plan, instrument name, description and its range Remarks given by user in long text are also shown.

Developed a report Total Stock List which displays details like material document number and document date comparing material number and WBS element. Details such as bay number and storage locations are also shown.

Layouts

Using smart forms to get output of accuracy details of the machineries which is used to inspect Boiler accessories. It was done for Calibration Department.

Developed a smart form that displays Purchase Order details using purchase order number as its input. A structure is created in smart form for printing the purchase order details in a landscape layout.

Background Job Goods Movement Creation: Developed an interactive report for Goods Movement which comprises a BDC for CO02 (production order change), BDC for CN22 (Chang Network). Report is displayed in an interactive ALV grid and updated into a user defined table.
