Robert: Many AGIF State Organizations have discussed to move forward to create another organization.

My personal opinion is this: if the decision is made to move to organize another organization, the present AGIF organization by way of the National Board of Directors violations of the Congressional Charter, the Texas Business Organization Code and the AGIF National Constitution is sufficient grounds to call for the dissolvement of the AGIF. I believe at this juncture we place our faith in the court system and continue to have those National Board of Directors who want to do the right thing for the organization to invoke their rights as Board of Directors to address, set and establish a historical pattern of the decisions and actions by those Board of Directors who are intent to violate the constitution. Once sufficient evidence, as provided by Gonzales in Court, is obtained there should be sufficient grounds for those National Board of Directors to Petition Congress and/or their Congressional Representatives to take action. In fact, I have contacted the Internal Revenue Service as suggested, and I am being asked for additional information and actually sounds as if though they want me to submit a "breif" outlining all conduct since filing my initial complaint in 2008. As noted in previous emails, federal agencies "are slow" but I believe they will ultimely reach a time and place whereby they will take action. The unfortunate issue, is that those National Board of Directors who have allowed Gonzales to continue his stupidity will face questions as to why they took no actions. It's apparent by way of the document Gonzales presented-is that simply do not care. Attached is a document I am submitting to the Internal Revenue Service. Note; that after Mirabal received this communication from me, his reaction was to get an attorney to send Francisco Ivarra a letter informed him to have me stop "or else". Read this document carefully, it will give you and other Board members the extent of the spending of the $100,000.00, the protocol involved and whose responsibility it was to account for these funds. Ok Peter, so what is our next step? Do we form another more updated, relevant organization which is more united in purpose. HELP young veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan to organize a new veterans group which will address problems of a new very small army which relies on the national guard. We have the knowledge and experience to help get it off the ground. The AGIF will join other organization which lost their vision and officers used it as a livelihood. I am ready.
