Installation Procedure

Levelling

Use water or laser level to set out the metal frame.

Perimeter

Wall angle should be fixed to the ceiling parimeter at a maximum of 600 mm centres. Cross tee - Main tee centres should be set to achieve a 600 mm x 1200 mm grid.

Hanger

The maximum distance from the wall to the first hanger should be 400 mm. Hangers should be fixed at a maximum of 1200 mm centres.

Sakura Pinhole Pinhole

Cross tees should be firmly connected/ locked to the Main tees.

Adjustment

Once the frame is complete, check the level and adjust as necessary

K-Tile

Lay in the Gyptile to the installed ceiling frame.
