GENERAL ADMISSION POLICY FOR ALL DEGREE PROGRAMS Admission shall be made as per UOG Admission Policy. Admissions shall be open for both, male and female candidates, unless mentioned. At least 50% marks in terminal degree are required to apply for admission. NAT/Departmental Test (at least 45% Marks) is required to submit the application. Candidate has to register him / herself with NTS for NAT. The details are available on the link http://www.nts.org.pk/_Ops_Sec/Products/NAT/NATSchedule.asp Departmental Entry / Aptitude Test (where required) shall be conducted by the department concerned, as per given schedule. UET, Lahore Entry Test shall be required for the admission in BSc Chemical and Electrical Engineering. The details are also available on UOG Website. The complete admission forms shall be received in the respective departments during office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) five days in a week (Monday to Friday). The complete admission forms against reserved seats shall be received in the office of the Director Academics, Room # 03 or 13, ICBS Block, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat, during office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) five days in a week (Monday to Friday). The detail of the reserve seats are available at UOG website http://www.uog.edu.pk/ In complete admission forms or received after due date shall not be entertained. List of selected candidates shall be displayed as per schedule. The list shall also be available on UOG website (www.uog.edu.pk) as well as on departmental notice board. The selected candidates shall require paying admission dues within the notified date; otherwise the admission shall be considered cancelled. Deposited Fee shall not be refunded, except refundable paid dues. Subject to the availability of seat and merit, a candidate shall be allowed to change major

discipline within due dates, if applied for more than one discipline. No change shall be allowed after the deadline. Under special circumstances, the UOG Competent Authority can grant relaxation in the upper age limits. Following are the age limits for various degree programs:

2 Year for Males *The candidates shall apply for the relaxation in upper age limit well in time to the UOG Competent Authorities and the letter of the same must be submitted along with the application form within due dates.
