Internet cafes act as entrance point to the communication highway called the internet. Customers vary from students who need assistance for their research activities to professionals who travel and need access to the internet, and anyone else wishing to explore the internet.
Here are some steps and process of setting up your own internet caf
1. Create a Business Plan.
* All Successful businessman have their own business plan.
* you must have basic knowledge sa computers in terms in troubleshooting/parts and networking, if u dont have this knowledge si technician or bantay mo lang ang kikita not you.. If this 1st step palang is nahihirapan ka na, this will cost trouble in your business.
* A good business plan will assist you to clarify your thinking and alert you to challenges that lie ahead.
2. Choose a Location
* Choosing a good location can lead directly to a successful business, dapat yung madaling puntahan. Use signages or Tarpaulins, Sample locations : near schools or colleges / along the main road or commercial area, Inside your Village or kahit squatter area basta crowded area, check mo din if flood free ang lugar.
Note: if you choose along the main road dapat secured ang shop mo, madaming computer shop ang pinapasok ng mga magnanakaw pag close na or sometimes hold-up. Be sure na ang shop mo is equipped ng CCTV or Surveillance Camera or my Security guard sa labas.
* In this Business, Hindi mo kailangan ng super mahal na computers. Dapat money wise ka.
* your computer must be ugradable after a few years, Example: your motherboard must be compatible or supported by any processor / memory & video card.
* Be sure na ang computer na bibilin mo have a good specs and ma sa-satisfied ang customer mo.
this is ordinary sa mga PC store i-iwan mo yung defective unit sa pinag-bilihan mo then babalikan mo after ng ilang days/weeks or month because they will repair ur unit, so meaning same unit parin pero repair na. what if months bago naibalik ang pc mo, malaking sales ang mawawala sa shop mo. Unlike sa Replacement Warranty Hours lang.
* Used a Software that suited in your Caf, Its better to used licensed Software than pirated.
* You must used also a software with POS that monitor your daily sales.
* You must have online sales report & online monitoring. (incase na wala ka sa shop mo, you can monitor your sales/shop anywhere)
* You must have a Security Policy that control your network and PC
* choose a technician na ndi mahal sumingil but with good quality service.
* maraming Technician ngyn ang style is parang Magician, Magaling mag SWAP ng parts! ilang months lang iba na specs ng PC mo kce na MAGIC na nya!
Note : If 2 Years Replacement Warranty ang PC mo, Less Gastos ka sa Technician... Again another savings to you... less cost, less problem, less headache!
6. Bantay or Bantatay
* You and your bantay must be updated sa mga bagong games, trends at technology upang hindi ka mapagiwanan.
* and treat your bantay as your friend or as your family member, para in return, maganda ang ipakita nya sa inyo. * Always ask your bantay baka may Idea or Suggestion sya para mapalakas pa yung shop mo.
8. Legal Softwares
10. IF this is clear to you, You can now start your Internet/Caf Business

Sample Revenue in 10 Computers, 9 PC + 1 Server and the Capital is P152K
Daily to monthly computation & Expenses
Expenses. Rent (5000) + DSL (3000) + water & Elec (6000) + Bantay(2500) = P 16,500 .00 Monthly
Your NET Income : 20,400.00 Per month Net 20,400 X 12 months = 244,800.00 in your 1st year.
How about your 2nd Year in the business??? Remember : PC Performance = Customers = Profit (244,800.00)
(Note: If your computer have a 2 Years Replacement warranty, less headache in maintenance. Unlike if ur PC have a 1 Year Warranty Only, dapat may savings ka na, kce once na masira yan, malaki magagastos mo, compare sa 2 Years Replacement, 2 years ka pa bago mag savings sa maintenance mo,) read Guidelines #4
Its Clear that you can Earned or have a PROFIT more than P 200,000.00 in your 2nd Yr
The 3rd year will be your adjustment period, you must have a savings for the maintenance of your computer, tapos na kce ang 2 years Replacement Warranty mo, so I suggest atleast 10% of your daily income will be goes to your maintenance and future upgrade for your PC, then in the 4th or following year, do same steps in.
I Hope my experience and this Post this will help you and your Business...
