Guide to Entering Form A Registration Online

Introduction
As a Nominated Entity you are required to register with the Building and Construction Sector Regulatory Authority and your allocated Entity Registration number is : BC - 12 - 0309 This registration will be delivered online through the B&C EHSMS Sector Regulatory website and the following Steps are provided to assist your organization in completing the registration.
Step 1 Receive User ID and Password

As an Entity you have been notified by the Department of Municipal Affairs that you are a Nominated Entity for the purposes of Abu Dhabi Decree No. (42) of 2009 concerning the Environment Health and Safety Management System ("EHSMS") in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi .
A new user account has been created for your organization on the web site and your user ID and password is:
User ID: EntityXXX Password: s?aVeT4a

In order for you to connect please click on the following link: http://www.ehs.dma.abudhabi.ae/ It is advised to change your password when you connect for the first time.

Step 2 Browse to Website

The B&C SRA EHS website can be found at the URL: http://www.ehs.dma.abudhabi.ae/ This will take you to the homepage of the website:

Step 3 Logging In
At the top right of the website is a link labeled Sign In. This link appears on every page and is indicated in Figure 3 below circled in red.

This link takes you to the log-in page of the Regulatory Authority Reporting System (RARS) where the registration forms are held. Enter the user ID and password you were sent in the email (see Step Password fields circled in red below, and click the Log In button.

You will see your RARS homepage displayed. You will see a basic version of the RARS containing the links to the registration forms.

Step 4 Complete Form A

Click on the Entity Registration link as circled in red below:

You are presented with a table showing your entity.

Expand the entity by clicking on the magnifying glass alongside the record. This can be seen circled in red below:

The full details of your entity are displayed including the registration number. Below the details is a table where your forms will be held. Click on the Add a New Form link as circled in red below:

You will now be presented with the Form A online ready for you to enter your company details.

Enter details into all the fields displayed. The fields marked with a red asterisk must be completed. When you are satisfied the details are correct, click the Create button.

You will then be informed that the Form is saved and you are ready to either submit or add your branches/project sites.

Expand the entity by clicking on the magnifying glass alongside the record. This can be seen circled in red below:

Step 5 - Adding Projects

Once you have created your Form A you can add projects (work sites) to it to inform the Authority of the projects you are currently working on. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will find a section for adding projects. Click on the Add a New Project link circled in red below:

This will take you to another screen where you can add as many project as you require. Each project represents a worksite you are working on. Fill out the details required and click on Create to add a new project. Clicking on Create and new will allow you to add multiple projects.

When complete there will be a list of projects below the Form and you are now ready to submit your Form A for approval.

Step 6 - Submit Form A

From the screen you are on click the Edit button at the foot of the Form A details, circled in red below:

The process is complete and your Form has been submitted to the Authority for review.

Next Steps
The B&C Sector Regulatory Authority will review the submitted registration and will contact you if any changes need to be made, otherwise you will be advised that the registration has been approved. You organization can then commence the overall mechanisms as detailed in the enclosed Entity EHS Management System Development guideline. The B&C Sector Regulatory Authority will send you further details and information regarding the completion of the online notifications via the B&C EHSMS Sector Regulatory website.
