Sub: - SBTET -Board diploma examinations in the schemes of C-00, C-05, C-08, C- 09 & ER-91 Pharmacy-Regular, Supplementary for backlog examinations, April/May-2012Notification Regarding. Ref: - 1. Memo No. H1/2764/2011, dated:19-12-2011 of the Commissioner of Technical Education, A.P., Hyderabad. 2. G.O.Rt.No. 17 dated 16-01-2012, Higher Education (TE.II) Department, Govt of AP *** With reference to the subject cited above, I furnish herewith copies of the detailed notification inviting applications from eligible candidates of C-00, C-05, C-08 and C-09 Schemes/ ER-91 Pharmacy to appear for the Regular/Supplementary both current and backlog examination of April/May-2012 i.e.Commencing from Second week of April-2012 for the courses as mentioned below. Further, it is informed that the candidates appearing for backlog subjects have to approach any APOnline centre with recent passport size photo for obtaining hall ticket. The APOnline operator will collect the Examination fee and generate the hall ticket by uploading the photo and handover the printout of the hall ticket to the candidate. For this service, APOnline operator will collect Rs. 15/- from the candidate. The candidate has to obtain the signature on the hall ticket from the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination. Further, Principals are requested to give the necessary instructions to the Head of Sections to sign on the hall tickets obtained from the APOnline Centres for Back Log subjects after thorough verification. However, the regular candidates who appear for whole examination in regular time can submit their examination application along with prescribed fee in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Secretary, SBTET, Hyderabad to the concerned Principals as was done previously.

The Principals of the concerned Polytechnics/institutions where Regular /Supplementary for backlog exams are being conducted are requested to ensure the in time completion of the syllabus i.e before 30-03-2012 for IV Sem & V/VI Sem and 30-04-2012 for I year as per the academic calendar. A copy of the Notification is to be displayed on the notice board of the Institution for information of the candidates and wide publicity may be given among the students by circulating a copy of the Notification and the memo in the reference 1st cited into the class rooms. Candidates who possess 75% of attendance only should be permitted to appear for the Regular Examination and if any candidate does not put in the required percentage of attendance he/she should not be permitted to appear for the examination. However the Principals are empowered to condone the shortage of attendance up to 10% based on Medical Grounds only, after collecting the necessary amount of penalty from the candidates. The principals are requested to ensure that the Hall tickets will not be issued to the candidates who are detained for shortage of attendance even though they paid the examination fee. A Separate list of detained candidates who paid the examination fee is to be furnished to this office on or before 09-04-2012, for deleting entries pertaining to such candidates from the N.R. copy of this office.
