512 7th Avenue, Manhattan, NY The Mufson Partnership had been working on multiple floors of GIII showrooms as a long-term project. I worked to complete a CD set for the 39th Floor as well as some detailing and elevations for other the 40th floor. I worked solo under the direction of Ian Bizub on the project.

I did schematic design for a pub to be constructed in a newly acquired property in connection and adjacent to the historic Philips Hotel. Construction is supposed to begin in the winter of 2012.
