The Secretary, State Board of Technical Education & Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad informs that Government Vide G.O Rt.No259 Higher Education (TE.II) Department, dated 16-05-2012, hereby permit the Chairman State Board of Technical Education & Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, to conduct last and special mercy chance of Diploma Examination for the candidates of C-90 & C-96 schemes to enable them to complete their backlog subjects and qualify for award of Diploma. Accordingly, applications are invited from the eligible candidates to appear for the Diploma Examinations of C-90 & C-96 schemes of all batches windup of 3 years & 3 Year Diploma courses including Part-Time & Correspondence cum Contact Courses, candidates are therefore advised to contact the Principals of polytechnics where they have studied and submit applications. The exams are scheduled to be held from 22 -08-2012 onwards at Hyderabad for C-90 Scheme Candidates at Govt. Institute of Printing Technology, East Marredpally, Secunderabad & for C-96 Scheme Candidates the Examinations will be conducted at Q.Q. Govt Polytechnic, Old City. Hyderabad. The candidates desirous to appear for the Examination are informed to submit the filled in application form only to the Principals of the polytechnics where they had studied along with prescribed Examination fee on or before the last date mentioned Candidates will have to submit separate application forms for each year/ semester of examination in which they have backlog subjects, enclosing the Xerox copies of marks memo positively, along with a separate DD. The filled in application form shall be submitted only to the Principals of the polytechnics where they have studied. The detailed Time Table shall be informed in due course or browse www.sbtetap.gov.in website candidates are advised to look out for the same. Note: 1. DD should not be prior to 21-06-2012 and should be drawn in favour of The Secretary State Board of Technical Education and Training , A.P. Hyderabad, Applications submitted with invalid drafts will not be considered. 2. Application submitted without Xerox copies of marks memo & drafts will not be considered. 3. All the filled in application form shall be submitted only to the Principals of the polytechnics where they have studied. 4. The dates Mentioned at Sl.No. I,II & III will not be extended under any circumstances and the Board or the Principal of the Polytechnics shall not be responsible for late receipt of filled in Application forms either in person or by post or loss in transit after the last date Prescribed. . 5. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
