3.0 Consumables & Accessories

WeP DR-400 uses unique ribbon cartridge which is not common /compatible with any other printer in WeP range. Ribbon used in this printer is special 42 Column Ribbon with 4 Mtrs meters Length giving a Life of 3 Million Character Standard Color : Black
4.0 Service Features a. Features available through panel. Before performing the self test , be sure that the ribbon cassette is installed and paper is loaded. To run the self test Press LF key while turning ON power. Power off to disable self test mode Note : Hold LF key for around 3 Second & release HEX dump mode Press LF Key while turning ON Power. Power off to disable. Printer will print HEX DUMP to indicate the hex dump mode activated. Note : Hold LF key for around 10 Seconds & Release

Dip Switch WeP DR-400 has 8 DIP Switches for selection of printer settings. Following
table describes the functioning of the switches. DIP Switches are placed at the bottom of the printer. Please turn the printer upside down to access the DIP Switch. Paper Handling
WeP DR-400 is designed to handle Roll Paper. Standard Roll Papers available in Market are: 58 mm, 76mm and 105 mm Width. Our WeP DR400 Supports 76 mm Width Roll Papers. WeP DR-400 is designed to Accept 1 + 1 Copy Roll Paper. CAUTION : Roll paper Glued at the end with Cellophane Tape should not be used. This will stick to the Pickup Roller and cause Paper Jam when the Roll is changed.

Printer By default is set to Accommodate single sheet or 1+1 Copy without adjustment. No Lever Change Required for Selecting the Paper.
WeP DR-400 has Auto Load for Paper Loading. On inserting the Roll Paper end in to the Paper insert Slot, Paper Picks Up Automatically.Just Drop the paper Roll inside the Place shown by arrow

8.0 OS Application Testing

Printer has been tested with WINDOWS, DOS and POS Machines. Printing applications similar to receipt printing and also tested for long print jobs and control codes.

9.0 Warranty Policy

Validity: One year from the date of invoicing or 15 months from the month of manufacture which ever comes earlier.

WeP would be giving full product replacements for the first 3 months period till Dec 06 against any failures in the product. There after will continue with the usual method of parts replacement.
