Specific Responsibilities: Manages appointment calendars and schedules for assigned executives. Composes, types and proofreads executive level correspondence with minimal direction from executives. Copies, collates, and distributes documents needed for internal and external customers. Responds and manages numerous internal and external inquiries in an appropriate executive manner. Acts as administrative support to committees assigned by executives. Distributes agendas in advance of meetings, handles meeting

arrangements and additional assignments related to the meetings. Records, transcribes, and distributes minutes in an appropriate and timely manner. Answers telephone; retrieves messages from voice mail; screens calls appropriately. Handles inquiries; receives and relays messages in an administrative, professional, courteous and timely manner. Handles legal documents and is aware of maintaining the confidentiality of those documents. Reviews and screens visitors and telephone calls; ascertains caller's needs and refers callers to appropriate personnel. Responds to inquiries concerning general administrative activities and operations and refers complex and/ or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate person(s). Arranges meetings, conferences, schedules, interviews, and appointments; completes travel arrangements as needed. Handles daily encounters with internal and external customers. Notifies appropriate executives when required. Prioritizes work in an appropriate manner when needed. Anticipates needs of executive(s) and provides necessary information. Creates presentations using multiple software programs when needed. Provides administrative support for special project, committees, as assigned. Assists in the maintenance of an organized office; designs and maintains filing systems/document management systems to efficiently manage work ow. Key responsibilities to include: Shipping/receiving accuracy Safe use of all equipment Attending shift start up meeting Prepare freight to meet all customer requirements Assist supervision/management as needed Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions Functions may vary dependent on work assignment. Segregate, check and stage inbound product correctly. Perform required tasks (corner boards, shrink wrap, palletization, etc).

Sign / date / completely fill out all required paperwork for each load. Loading Verify the driver, trailer, and bills are all for that specific carrier and location. Count freight with the driver and ensures all customer requirements are followed. Load the trailer and mark down the number of grabs loaded onto the trailer. Ensures the driver signs all required paperwork. Performs the following tasks: all loads are wrapped, stacked securely, air bagged and/or a load brace is used. Signs all required paperwork. Order Picking Pick all product on a pick batch from the correct locations and ensure locations are left neat (the remaining product in the location needs to be correctly stacked and free of garbage). Complete all picks in the system. Pick the product accurately including the correct quantity and the exact model number. Ensure all cartons are damage free and stage product in the correct lanes. Picker must write full name and date on the picked by area of the pick list. To maximize picking times, associates must drive the shortest distance to the product locations and then back to the staging lanes. Associates are not to drive around the warehouse to extend the time it takes to pick products from locations. Checking/Scanning/Labeling/Wrapping Prepare product correctly (labeled, over-packed, palletized, shrinkwrapped, stacked appropriately, etc.) Document discrepancies and report them. Perform required serial number scans on all products that require serial numbers be taken. Completely fill out and sign the

serial numbers taken sheet and place on order/ attach to BOL. Label all products per customer / UTi / Panasonic requirements. Completely fill out and sign the label sheet and place on order / or attach to BOL. Checker must write their full name and date on the checked by area of the pick list. Checker should put the count for each skid / grab on the back of the pick list. All BOLs for a row should be written on the checker sheet then the

sheet should be wrapped around all of the bills for that row then placed in the proper slot in the ship office. Perform complete and accurate checks and ensure product is ready to ship accurately and free of damage. UPS Area Ensure the bill, label, and product numbers all match. Over pack products using UPS shipping boxes and packing fill. Tape boxes closed and label boxes appropriately. Place boxes in the appropriate area to be shipped out. Putaway Put away product according to the recorded stack height Put away product neatly inside the location markers closest to the left line, and in the correct location.
