EPISTOLA
Lctio Epstol beti Pauli Apstoli ad Romnos Rom. 8, 12-17
3
Brethren: We are debtors, not to the flesh, that we should live according to the flesh, for if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the spirit you put to death the deeds of the flesh, you will live. For whoever are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Now you have not received a spirit of bondage so as to be again in fear, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons, by virtue of which we cry, Abba! Father! The Spirit Himself gives testimony to our spirit that we are sons of God. But if we are sons, we are heirs also: heirs indeed of God and joint heirs with Christ.

EVANGELIUM
Luc. 16, 1-9
In illo tmpore :
Ait autem vllicus intra se : Quid fciam, quia dminus meus aufert a me villicatinem ? fdere non vleo, mendicre erubsco. Scio, quid fciam, ut, cum amtus fero a villicatine, recpiant me in domos suas. Convoctis itaque sngulis debitribus dmini sui, dicbat primo : Quantum debes dmino meo ? At ille dixit : Centum cados lei. Dixtque illi : Accipe cautinem tuam : et sede cito, scribe quinquagnta. Dende lii dixit : Tu vero quantum debes ?

Bcher,
At that time, Jesus spoke to His disciples this parable: There was a certain rich man who had a steward, who was reported to him as squandering his possessions. And he called him and said to him, What is this that I hear of you? Make an accounting of your stewardship, for you can be steward no longer. And the steward said within himself, What shall I

do, seeing that my master is taking away the stewardship from me? To dig I am not able; to beg I am ashamed. I know what I shall do, that when I am removed from my stewardship they may receive me into their houses. And he summoned each of his masters debtors and said to the first, How much do you owe my master? And he said, A hundred jars of oil. He said to him, Take your bond and sit down at once and write fifty. Then he said to another, How much do you owe? He said, A hundred kors of wheat. He said to him, Take your bond and write eighty. And the master commended the unjust steward, in that he had acted prudently; for the children of this world, in relation to their own generation, are more prudent than the children of the light. And I say to you, make friends for yourselves with the mammon of wickedness, so that when you fail they may receive you into the everlasting dwellings.

Amen He was crucified also for us, suffered under Pontius Pilate, and was buried. And on the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures. And He ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of the Father. And He shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead: of Whose kingdom there shall be no end. And in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life: Who proceedeth from the Father and the Son. Who together with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified: Who spoke through the Prophets. And in One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the remission of sins. And I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Last Gospel
n the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him, and without Him was made nothing that was made: in Him was life, and the life was the Light of men; and the Light shineth in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. This man came for a witness, to testify concerning the Light, that all might believe through Him. He was not the Light, be he was to testify concerning the Light. That was the true Light, which enlighteneth every man that cometh into this world. He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. He came unto His own, and His own received Him not. But as many as received Him to them He gave power to become sons of God, to them that believe in His Name, who are born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (Here all kneel) AND THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, the glory as of the Only-begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. R. Thanks be to God.
