INCREASING EXPORTS
Two years ago the President set a goal to double exports in ve years, and were on track to meet that goal ahead of schedule. Because manufacturing accounts for almost 60 percent of our total exports, its crucial to do everything we can to support manufacturers and take steps that help more American businesses create jobs here at home and sell their products around the world.

EXPORTING THE BOEING DREAMLINER


Boeing employs 8,000 Americans in building its 787 Dreamliner, the worlds most advanced commercial airplane. It represents the promise of American manufacturing, building and selling American-made goods around the world, developing the most innovative technologies, and creating good-paying jobs in Boeings factories and up and down the supply chain all over the United States.
Boeing has orders for 870 Dreamliners, more than 80% of which will be shipped around the world.
