Notes
To start "peer end loop", the cooperation of the other side of the loop is necessary. Before starting "peer end loop" at this side, "auxiliary loop at peer end" at the other side should first be started. When loop is finished the other side should first stop "auxiliary loop at peer end", then the local end, as the sender, will recover automatically.
