1. Ingredients:
Lumpia Wrapper Bell Pepper Cheese Ham Hotdog

Egg Oil Tomato sauce/ Hot

2. Materials:
Gas Frying Pan Spatula Stove Strainer Square Plate
Knife

Chopping Board Forks/ Spoon


Bowls

Table

3. Procedures :
a. Separate wrappers. b. Cut cheese, ham, hotdog, bell pepper into desired design. c. Fry ham and hotdog into a halfcook. d. Spread the wrapper. e. Spread the ham, bell pepper, hotdog, and lots of cheese into the wrapper. f. Roll the wrapper securely, make sure that the toppings doesnt fall. g. Brush some egg into the wrapper so that if you sprinkle bread crumbs, it would stick. h. Ready the frying pan. Wait until the oil is hot on the pan. i. Then fry the wrapper with toppings

Wait until golden brown and put the fried lumpia in strainer.

k. When you are sure that there are no dripping oil from the wrapper, put it in a plate and make a good design in the plate. Make it presentable. l. 4. Serve.
