RULES in formulating Syllogisms
1. The major and the minor premise must AT ALL TIMES be true.
2. The major premise must relate two terms: the universal subject and the predicate/term/quality

1. The first statement in a conditional establishes the condition by use of the word if.

3. The condition must first be fulfilled before the happening of the event dependent upon it.
