Parents /Guardians Declaration

I accept the responsibility of ensuring my child/wards regular attendance in the College as per
College requirements. My child / ward will devote whole-heartedly to his studies and other
curricular and co-curricular activities within and outside the College campus, and shall be liable
to fine/ penalty, including rustication / expulsion from the College, in case of any violation of
College rules on his part. I will have no objection if my child/ ward is detained either before or at
the time of Board Examination. I relieve the College authorities of responsibility for any mishap
beyond human control in which my child/ward (God forbid) may suffer physically.
I undertake to follow are the rules and regulations laid down by the College Administration. I do
believe that the College is appropriately staffed and equipped to ensure proper education,
character development and mental grooming of my child/ward.
I hereby agree to pay the College dues by the first week of every month, failing which I may be
fined or my child/ward may be disallowed to attend classes including withdrawl from the
College.
