1) Positive Law Theory - Justice as conformity to the law, & simple legality

Forms of Justice
a) Commutative justice - is based on the relationship of equal partners to one another, regulation of contracts. ( good & services, just wage, working conditions, and work benefits ) c) Legislative justice - obliges members of a community to comply with the demands of common good. b) Distributive justice - based on relations of a social body to its members, proportional equality on the needs, capabilities & merits.
d) Social justice
- demands that different social groups receive proportionate share in the economic wealth by equitable distribution.
