As we had been experiencing in the past, victimizing an elementary pupil somewhere in Minglanilla Municipality that the PNP could not afford the same incident to happen. In this regard, may we request the availability of your students and teachers or even parents to have time with us during our information drive if you will grant us opportunity to trace out matters of common interest.
