    THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES - versus ARISTOTLE MACARAYO Y ARCE Accused. XX ORDER When called for arraignment, accused Aristotle Macarayo y Arce did not appear together with Atty. Anselma Medina, appointed counsel de-officio in his favor. After reading the Information in Pampango, a dialect known and spoken by him, accused Aristotle Macarayo y Arce entered a plea of not guilty for Viol. of Sec. 5, Art. II, RA 9165. IN VIEW THEREOF, set the pre-trial and initial trial of this case to June 13, July 9 and August 7, 2012 all at 2:00 oclock in the afternoon. Send subpoena to prosecutions information including the forensic chemist. SO ORDERED Angeles City, May 28, 2012 witnesses listed in this CRIM CASE NO. 11-1908
