Atty Pearsall's complaint was apparently dismissed without basis and presumably without investigation based upon his article. The transcript seems pretty clear. What the heck was Judge D'Ambra doing? Mr. Pearsall's connecting the dots makes a lot of sense in the article. Zulk
** January 4, 2009 Update ***
The attorney removed his postings about Judge Laureen D'Ambra. I wish he woulda stuck it out but if things are coming out this late after the incident in 2007 then plenty of crap must have come his way to warrant it. Even in my state we call Rhode Island the state with the greatest amount of corruption. Somebody add Judge D'Ambra to that list. Did the guy even get a freakin apology after all this crap?
