To Whom It May ConcornI am writing to yon in support of Mrs. Jenny Bowyer and her desire to obtain a teaching position. As an administrator at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center, I have had the pleasure of knowing Jenny for the last five years. She has been a tremendous substitute teacher and an asset to our school. I first met Jenny when she began substitute teaching at the career center. She is an often requested substitute teacher by the staff. Because of her flexibility, dedication and willingness to work with any and all students, she is able to substitute any subject area and devise individualized learning strategies for any students. Jenny also acted as a social studies Ohio Graduation Test intervention teacher. Her ability to implement various strategies with students that must pass this required test for graduation was impressive and exceeded all expectations. Students appreciated her knowledge and encouraging attitude. She also assisted me in proctoring the social studies GGT. I believe she was a calming influence for those taking the examination. I feel confident that Jenny would be an asset to your school. It is for the above reasons that I offer high recommendations for Jenny without reservation.
