Teacher models conversation Students discuss which situations they have had unpleasant shopping experiences. Students can use vocabulary learned to make own dialogue. Students role play dialogue which they have learned and use it in class based in real life experiences. In my point of view I can reflect that when pragmatics is taken into account in new second language learners, unpleasant misunderstandings may be avoided which will result in learners improving communication and relationships
